This past Saturday the Wilks and I went about an hour northwest of here to visit some tea plantations. We are in the rainy season now and this is a big harvest time for tea. It's amazing the amount of work it takes to pick all these tea leaves by hand and place them in these baskets. There were hundreds of rolling acres like this...it was beautiful! For all you tea lovers....lots of tea is grown here in Uganda. If you come visit I'll make you a nice cup of hot chai (milk tea)!
