Here I am with a little girl, Zam, during home vists. She latched onto me when we visted her mother, our patient, and she followed me around for a few more visits. Each day I meet sweet children like this one, but it's so sad to know that in a few years they will be orphans. Most of them their fathers have already died and now and are being raised by their mothers who are HIV+.
