Special visit :)

Several of you have been asking for pictures from the visit from my 'special friend' in May. For those who don't know Spencer, my teammate in Uganda, and I had been in a courtship with the intention of marriage since July 2006. We had to be careful to not distract from our ministries and so kept our future plans kind of 'quiet' to the public. But now it's official...WE'RE ENGAGED and getting married on December 8th!! Spencer is back in Uganda now and will finish his term November 1st. We are working on a wedding website and I will post that link hopefully soon so you can read more about how we met and our wedding plans. Our 2 1/2 weeks together here in the states were wonderful. It was so good to finally be together in person after 7 months of long distance communication. Read the engagement story below.
