Here is a view of the hospital grounds. Each "department" is in a separate buidling with a grass area in-between. Patient's family members or caregivers sit outside and cook the patients' food in these areas (cause there's no cafeteria!) It's crazy...I can walk into the wards at anytime. No one asks me who I am or what I am doing...if I want to start treating patients they gladly welcome me.
