One of the highlights of our time in Kenya was traveling into Nairobi and eating at "Java House". This restaurant/coffe shop chain was started by a couple of Americans. It was amazing!! The food was the closest thing to American food I have had since coming to Africa! We even got to enjoy ice cream!! Fun times...here I am with Emily and Darla. A couple of other nurses I met who serve in other parts of Uganda.
