These are the ladies who cooked for us after we distributed food all morning. They are church members. These women work so hard cooking over open fire and taking care of all their babies. I don't know if I could do it! When it was time for lunch (about 2pm) the women would bring the food inside the pastor's house for us to eat. I was the only female that came to distribute food so I felt really strange eating with all the men while the women ate outside with the children. That is the culture here....men eat first and sit at the table while the women and children eat on the ground outside or in another room of the house!
